Peace, Love and Fudge!!!

Dear friends and colleagues,

Most of you know that for the past five years I have been running my company "Lotus Realty Group" negotiating short sales for homeowners and Realtors. However, the market has changed tremendously and the niche that I have done well at is not needed as much as it once was. Though I will always be available by phone and email and will still have an assistant here in San Diego and between the both of us should any of you need help with a short sale in the future we would still love to help however; in the mean time  I have decided to start a new venture in Maui, HI which I am extremely excited about.

Currently it is called " Lahaina Fudge Company" located on Front street in historic Lahaina, HI and they are already doing so well. Known for the best Fudge in the world they are also #2 on Trip Advisor, the largest travel site in the world. It has always been a dream of mine to have a peaceful place to land and to simplify my life and I feel this is an amazing opportunity for growth personally and professionally. After a long run of fighting with banks this is definitely a much needed change of pace and scenery.

I of course have so many plans as far as marketing and creating new flavors, gift baskets for holidays and corporate events and clients. I am in process of creating "HawaiiFudge.com" which will be a global on line order site and eventually we will transition into "Hawaii Fudge Company" indefinitely but I really want to maintain the integrity of what the previous owners have built and transition slowly as it is already fantastic just as it is.  So stay tuned. There is more to come in the near future.
